Earth & Star was founded by longtime friends and partners Erica Huss and Zoe Sakoutis. Previously the co-founders of BluePrint Cleanse, the pioneering company credited with creating the green juice category, Erica and Zoe are lifelong wellness seekers, always on the hunt for what's exciting and effective in the quest for optimal health. A few years ago, while chatting over Zoe’s overflowing supplement cabinet, Erica and Zoe realized that they were both using functional mushroom extracts and thrilled with the effects - from improved focus to better sleep and overall immunity.  But while they loved the results, they weren't psyched about the available offerings - everything on the market was either pills (who needs more pills??) or powders that created more work and yielded a less-than-delicious end product. Adaptogens need to be consumed regularly, over time, so the market was in need of something as easy to use as it was delicious.
